Step 3: We will call or email you to get to know you
Once you contact us, we will get in touch with you either by email, chat or phone call to get to know you a little bit more. Furthermore, we will inquire about your travel preferences and together we can plan a tour that will fit you like a glove.
It’s always a good idea to speak with a true local. You will be able to have a pleasant conversation with our fearless leader Andrés, (Andres speaks perfect English). With Andrés, you can chat about your travels to Ecuador and about anything else that comes to mind. Andrés is a really cool guy who will help you with expert and connoisseur advice and get you excited about your trip.
Step 4: The crafting process begins
Once we get to know you we can begin crafting your trip. Additionally, we will give you the best options to choose from for your requested dates and travel requirements. Andrés has a vast experience crafting tours and finding impossible options for his clients and he is eager to help you. Trust us, we will find the best possible option and look far and wide for your sought after tour or experience.
Step 5: Final edit of trip
The searching and crafting of your tour are done and we can speak with you directly to finalize your itinerary. Moreover, once we have the green light for you we will give the tour a final edit and send over a final travel plan. Your tour is ready to be booked!
Step 6: Travel Vouchers ready
After the booking is confirmed, we will keep in touch and we will send over your travel vouchers about a month or so prior to your trip. The travel vouchers will have all the pertinent information about your trip; itinerary, dates, hotels used, packing list, maps, travel guide, contact information, etc. Nevertheless, make sure to print your vouchers and save a copy of them on your email or cloud service to have access to them if you lose the printed copy.
Step 7: Pack your Bags!
Step 7 is awesome. There’s nothing like packing your bags and getting ready for your trip of a lifetime! Once you are at this step make sure to visit our Ecuador Travel Tips section in case you forgot to pack something important or to review some of the travel information you will need.
